Your order date is more than 15 days ago.
The items are custom printed or customized in any way.
Your item was a special order and not an in-stock item.
Blank label sheets are in less than new condition.

ALL RETURNS must be secured in a BOX and shipped via UPS or FEDEX for proper handling and tracking. Please write the RMA number on the shipping box. (We do not recommend shipping returns via the post office or using the flat rate envelopes)

A credit or exchange will be issued/shipped within 5 working days of receiving the return back at our shipping facility in Bloomington, IL. Original order shipping as well as return shipping is not refundable.
